Local customers are welcome to come by our store (catalog showroom) to pickup any paid and processed orders. For eCheck payments, the normal waiting period applies; we will notify you when the order is processed and ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

$2.95 US Shipping applies to Continental US 48 states only. Please contact us for shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US locations.

Packages are usually shipped the following business day after payment is received. Personal check and eCheck will add some delays for clearance.

Depending on the weight and shipping destination, shipping is via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

A tare weight (shipping box) of 0.5 lbs will be added to each order for final weight calculation. For domestic packages less than 1 lb., either USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail is used; average transit is 2~5 business days. Larger continental USA packages will be via UPS ground or FedEx ground; average transit is 3~5 business days. Shipping of larger packages to Alaska and Hawaii is via USPS Priority Mail (2~5 business days) or Parcel Post (2~9 business days). All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation / tracking.

Certain flammable packages (such as CA adhesives and CA Accelerator) are required by law to be shipped via ground services only. If your purchase includes one of these items, the entire order will be shipped via ground (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Post).

International packages are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail (EMS). Transit time for EMS is usually within 1 week or less. Please note the shipping cost does not include any custom or duty fees (such as VAT).

RETURNS

No returns will be processed without prior communications. Unopened accessories items may be returned for full credit. 30% restocking charge may be applied to larger items (transmitters, airplane kits).
